Satori is a Japanese Buddhist term for enlightenment that literally means "understanding." Over the centuries, many cultures have contributed to the legends and lore surrounding gemstones, which have inspired philosophers and mystics alike to associate gemstones with unusual powers. I take these rare products of nature that possess special healing properties and create beautiful jewelry with custom metalwork.

I have a BA in Graphic Design from La Roche College and a successful background in management. During college, I was a wedding photographer and developed a desire to make jewelry. Even as a teenager, I was always trying to make things to sell and going to craft shows to show off my wares. I still have that same creative spirit today. Metalsmithing, photography and woodworking are my favorite pastimes!

Several years ago, I decided to pursue jewelry making full time, and I haven't looked back since. All of my pieces are designed by hand and are one-of-a-kind, just like you!
